Delete it in the app

Your account is deleted right away. Every phone you had signed in to Brane Field is signed out, and the app stops sharing your location.

Or ask us by email

Email dog@murderdog.ai from the email address on your account, or include the phone number your office used to invite you, and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it is really you before we delete anything.

Office users (Brane website)

• Email dog@murderdog.ai from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account, or
• Ask your company's owner or an admin to remove you on the Team page.

If you own the company account and want the whole company's data deleted, email us and we will walk you through it. You can export your data first.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: your name, phone number, and email.
• Every phone you signed in with, and its sign-in credential.
• Your push notification tokens.
• Your location history.
• Your place on crews and message threads.

What your company may keep

Brane is a work tool, and some of what you created belongs to your company's jobs. Your company may keep job records, photos, documents, and notes you added to its jobs, and messages you sent on job threads. Where we can, we disconnect these from you, so they show as coming from "Deleted user" instead of your name.

We may also keep a small amount of information when the law requires it, for example billing records, and short-lived backups that are overwritten on a regular schedule.

How long it takes

Deleting from the app happens right away. Requests by email are completed within 30 days, and we will email you when it is done.
